To all my dear colleagues, UBB Trust agencies, agents & independent trust consultants,

Firstly, I wish you a very Happy & Prosperous 2023.

We have faced the challenges of the pandemic & I am grateful for your undivided support & commitment to me and UBB as a whole. It gives me pleasure to say that we are not done yet and this year onwards I have tasked myself towards further growth and to bring UBB to greater heights. Once again, I thank you for your ongoing support and look forward to materialising all UBB’s plans, there will be change albeit gradually.

One of my plans as the CEO of our company, is to institutionalise UBB in tandem with the banks & insurance companies. It is not an easy task, but with your acceptance & support I am sure we can make it happen. A better & stronger UBB will mean a sustainable platform for your clients & yourselves as employees or agencies/agents. While there are naysayers & challenges, UBB has dealt it all & still steadfast.

I look forward to a great 2023 & years to come. For those preparing to celebrate CNY after a 2-year layoff, please be mindful that the virus still lurks. So be safe in all aspects of your celebration.
