Manager loses Petronas retirement scheme case

The dissolution of Petronas Retirement Contribution Scheme (PRCS) has been deemed valid and a Petronas employee sought a declaration that the dissolution was unlawful. As PRCS transferred all accrued benefits to the accounts of Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Judicial Commissioner Lee Swee Seng finds the dissolution valid.
